The client from Ghana tasked us to migrated the Ghanaian Standard with over 18GB of data. The site was to be moved from Google Cloud to HostGator managed VPS hosting. The client also wanted us to make sure the site was running well with SSL certificate installed

Our Solution
In order to migrate such a big site, we needed to set up a high speed Windows server instance on AWS. This helped us to download the site files from Google Cloud and uploaded the migration data to HostGator managed VPS hosting. We also set up the necessary DNS configurations by transferring the HostGator nameservers to the client’s domain registrar account. So, the site was successfully migrated in a few hours
